Public Restrooms

Overview: Public restroom advertising offers a unique and effective way to engage audiences in a captive environment.

The strategy for Buncha was two-fold:

  1. Place advertisements primarily inside the stall doors in women’s restrooms, recognizing that women make up the majority
of our customer base and well . . . they have no choice but to sit and stare at the ad for a minute or so! 🤗

  2. Target women’s restrooms in multiple family-friendly restaurants throughout specific cities in which we were pushing for growth.

By saturating restaurants throughout certain cities, we intended for our messaging to be seen repeatedly, boosting brand awareness and recall while sparking conversations in a social setting (at the table, not in the bathrooms, of course!). This approach takes advantage of the time patrons spend in restrooms, making it more likely for them to notice and absorb our advertising, thereby creating a lasting impression.

Bonus! We also had a full 50X61” wallscape and stall door placements, in the womens’ restrooms at CHS Field - home of the St. Paul Saints. This family-friendly venue, where there is always a line - yes, that was on purpose - allowed potential customers to engage in our ads both during the wait for an open restroom, as well as, in the stall.
