Overview: Organic social media focuses on building genuine connections and brand awareness without the cost component. It has been a great way for each brand that I have worked with to engage with our followers, build trust and credibility, and create a presence that feels human and relatable.
I am most proud of my work during my time at Hy-Vee - the community I built online, at no cost, was phenomenal. While the Brooklyn Park store was one of the newest Hy-Vee locations, it quickly skyrocketed to the #1 spot out of 285 stores in regards to customer engagement and Facebook following. This prompted the company to reach out and ask me to take on another Twin Cities store’s social media and marketing.
