Overview: I sought out strategic collaborations with a diverse set of partners in an effort to strengthen brand awareness, reach new audiences, and increase sales.
I intentionally aligned the Buncha brand with reputable, established businesses in an effort to boost Buncha’s credibility and bolster customer trust. I leveraged these partnerships to reach target customer segments in mass, primarily to acquire new customers but also to create brand recall with customers that may already be in our network. The efforts put forth incorporated cross-promotions via social, email, print, and sales, as well as event sponsorships and shared resources.

MiniSota Play Cafe
Overview: Buncha entered into a strategic partnership with MiniSota Play Cafe, a popular family-friendly venue within our service area, entertaining primarily toddlers and elementary-aged kids. The collaboration aimed to engage with Buncha’s target demographic - busy moms + parents. Buncha transformed a room at the play cafe into a Buncha-branded grocery experience, displayed signage at checkout and attended events.
Apartment Buildings
Overview: Apartment buildings were a no-brainer when brainstorming ways to connect with the community, as they house a dense population who value convenience, especially in urban areas where grocery stores may be less accessible. Buncha partnered with 250+ apartment complexes across Minneapolis and Denver through various means - events, branded assets in move-in packets, promotions, signage, and more.
